The Goodman Group challenged Imaginality Designs to reinvent the signage and look of a 40 year old apartment property in a desirable Edina neighborhood.

We met the challenge with a comprehensive new contemporary design package of signage inside and out. Starting with an impressive multidimensional monument in place of the old… with innovative colorchanging lighting accents.

Corporate brand colors were brought into all aspects, includeing large Sunbrella Banners with logo circles, parking signs, directionals, entry graphics and interior signage.

New ADA room ID and wayfinding inside completes the new look - creating a fresh energized renovation.
